CSEM´s code of ethics is based on three principles:

• Equal rights and obligations for all our employees:
  We are committed to fighting against inequality.
  We understand the need for equal rights for all of us, independent of culture, status, educational level or sex.
• We advocate fair and correct treatment of all those who are in contact with CSEM, internally and externally.
• We understand that we can only gain by working together jointly, with common goals and a common understanding of what we want to achieve.

Our code of ethics is fixed in a charter.
