Biotechnet Data Science Symposium
Join our symposium to explore cutting-edge innovations, network with industry leaders, and discover how data-driven solutions are revolutionizing the life science sector.
AHEAD aims at providing technology bricks enabling in situ sensing, heating and energy harvesting from fluids to achieve standalone measurements and data transmission. The technology bricks are combined and validated to TRL7 with two use cases. Mechanically Pumped Loops for thermal regulation systems in space, and CO2-based industrial refrigeration systems.
The ability to embed sensors and electrical features into equipment is an important feature of Industry 4.0. The data collected by these sensors can be used for process control and optimization or predictive maintenance.
AHEAD aims to develop technology bricks that can be used to integrate electronic components like wires, connectors, sensors and heaters into 3D-printed metal parts.
In this webinar the project team will present the development status of those technology bricks as well as the two applications that the project is addressing
With those challenging use-cases, the consortium hopes to bring its technology to the pre-industrial stage and pave the way for a broad range of applications including industrial heating and cooling systems, fluid monitoring and heating in medical, life sciences, food and chemical industries.
